A little about me
Hi, I am Sue, a qualified counsellor based in South Wales, offering in-person counselling in Merthyr Tydfil or online and telephone counselling throughout the UK to anyone aged 18 or over. I have a special interest in helping those in recovery from substance misuse and also the family and friends of those affected by addiction.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and offer daytime and a limited number of evening sessions.

I will provide you with a safe online space where you can talk freely about any issues which are troubling you and maybe stopping you from being the person you feel you want to be.

I have a particular interest in helping people who are in recovery from substance abuse. It is a courageous decision to stop using substances which you previously used to help manage life and I recognise that living clean and sober is not always easy.
Is your life affected by a person’s drinking or substance misuse? I also work with the family and friends of people who are living with the impact of substance abuse in someone close to them.
